Open-source software
Miaw QA Lab is released under the MIT License. Your use of its source code is governed by that license, which takes precedence over these terms for the code itself.
Early access and pilots
Early-access builds, pilots and support are provided as-is for evaluation. Features may change. Any paid or custom engagement will be covered by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or our software to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Third-party AI providers
If you connect Miaw QA Lab to a third-party AI service, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms and for the data you send to it.
Intellectual property
The Miaw Works name, cat logo, site design and content belong to Miaw Works. Press may use the logos from our press kit unaltered.
No warranty
The site and software are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miaw Works is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the site or software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes are posted here with a new effective date.
